What you earn
Hourly pay by market tier. Overtime past 8 hours in a shift is paid at 1.5x.

You are an employee of Air Fresh Marketing: payroll taxes withheld, workers' comp coverage, overtime rules followed.
If a client cancels inside 72 hours, you get paid part or all of the 4-hour minimum you held the date for.
Earnings go through Air Fresh payroll. We never charge you to access your own money.
Every shift pays at least 4 hours, even if the event wraps early.
How it works
Tell us your market and the roles you want. If you already work with Air Fresh, we link your profile and you skip the line.
Background check, ID verification and W-2 payroll setup run through Air Fresh Marketing. Drivers also get a motor vehicle record check.
Claim open shifts near you or accept offers. Set the days you are unavailable and you won't be offered work on them.
Check in with your phone at the venue, upload a few photos, check out. Your hours land in your earnings ledger right away.
About GPS check-in
When you check in or out, your phone shares its location once so the client knows you are on site. That is it. We do not track you between check-in and check-out, or at any other time. You can say no: you will check in manually and your team lead confirms you are there.
Fair rules
Drop a shift with 24+ hours notice and nothing happens. Late drops and no-shows lower your reliability score, which affects how often you are offered work. A real person reviews every deactivation.
