    Every crew member checks in with GPS at the venue. You see who is on site, who is running late and who checked in manually, in real time.

    Crew upload photos during the shift. You get a recap gallery and a share link you can forward to your own client the same night.

Background check, ID verification and W-2 payroll setup run through Air Fresh Marketing. Drivers also get a motor vehicle record check.

Add 12% and Air Fresh runs the program for you: a dedicated producer, confirmed crew by phone, a backup bench on call, and a written recap report. Built for tours, multi-day shows and multi-market programs.

Rule

Union venues

We book non-union scope only. Many convention centers reserve booth build, freight and rigging for house or union labor. When your venue is one of them we tell you at quote time, and our crew handle engagement, sampling and guest services.

Policy

Cancellations

  • 72+ hours before the first shift: free.
  • 24 to 72 hours: 50% of the 4-hour minimum per booked person.
  • Under 24 hours: 100% of the 4-hour minimum.

The fee goes to the crew who held the date.
